“GUYS, It’s Hard Not To RANT … But here is a Quickie Road Map To Good HEALTH”


 

FIRST,  Understand that our Immune System is found within our Digestive Tract Primarily (about 70% to 80% of our Immune System is found there).  

OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM is designed to Prevent Disease – it kills cancer cells, fights disease and heals us.


 

When we eat garbage – we get internal inflammation.  Inflammation does not allow the Immune System to attack disease / cancer cells.  Avoid bad foods and our inflammation can become minimal.

“If we put quality natural foods (that our digestive systems were originally designed to consume only) into our digestive tract then we stay healthy.”

Its really that simple!  All the medicine in the word will not change that.  In fact, Food Is Medicine.

We were not designed to eat animals – we do not have fangs like a tiger, wolf or a dog.  Does that make sense?   After all, HEALTH is just about applying good old Common Sense.

Would you eat, say, plastic or asbestos?

Of course, do not over eat – Obesity / Diet is the cause of 30% of all cancers just as smoking causes 30% of all cancers.

IF we or animals eat foods – that we were not designed to originally eat – then we / they get diseased.  Cows must eat natural grass only.  Grass that is not exposed to chemicals / fertilizers or sprays – that’s it.  They can not eat anything else OR they get diseased.

IF an animal eats anything other than their natural food source or if they are caged – they become diseased.  Plus, fill them up with Antibiotics and Growth Hormones – and you are consuming those products directly in addition to the diseased animal.

“HEY, I enjoy a good steak  just like most folks do.”  

Its really just the TASTE that I like.  BUT I only eat a steak, say, once a month… it is a small portion….and it is organic…and I load-up on fresh vegetables at the same time to aid with digestion.


 

Do not eat diseased animals or their byproducts in excess else you will become Diseased Yourself. 

 


Eat animal proteins in moderation only (and only after cleaning out your body after 120 days can you go back to moderation in your diet).

Do not eat anything that has been sprayed with or exposed to chemicals or pesticides etc.  ELSE you will become diseased.

Do NOT eat Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) – that is food or seeds grown in a lab (not grown naturally).  The prime GMO’s in North America are:  WHEAT, CORN and SOYA. 

GMO’s are banned in many, many countries around the world – especially in Europe.

GMO WHEAT is KILLING US !  There is nothing wrong with wheat that is organic – unless you are celiac or allergic to wheat.  Wheat is found in flour – which is found in bread, pasta, pizza, bake goods and shockingly in many foods we consume.

IF you get Brain Fog – chances are it is the GMO Wheat that is getting you.

ADDED SUGAR + Iodized Table Salt are KILLING US !  White Sugar is a killer.  There are 12 + portions of white sugar in a soda pop.  However, natural sugar comes from mother earth.  Sea Salt comes from mother earth.  Both in moderation are OK for you – just go real easy on any type of sugar.  But it just better not be refined or processed in any way.  Artificial Sugars are even worse for you – that crap in a Diet Soda is a killer.


 

Avoid Radiation   &   Anything that the World Health Organization (WHO) classifies as Carcinogenic or a Probable Carcinogen.

Else you will get Disease !

 

So what foods were we genetically designed NOT to eat:  Animal Proteins. 

So to heal yourself of disease avoid animal proteins for 120 days.  Then eat in moderation only thereafter if you must have animal proteins – and only organic animal proteins (red meats, chicken, pork, fish, other).

 

Eat only Organic Foods and Whole Foods  

Generally anything grown in / on mother earth is fine in moderation unless it has been exposed to chemicals.  Chemicals kill us.

“The Majority of disease is hereditary.”  That is total crap!  Only 5% of cancer is caused by genetics or is hereditary.

“No Disease Can Be Cured.” That is totally ridiculous!   ALL of the top 10 diseases in America that can kill you are all preventable and can be reversed.  HOW:  Primarily by way of good nutrition and by moderate Activity.

 


ACTIVITY / EXERCISE

To stay healthy or to fight disease you must get moderate activity in each day.

AS A MINIMUM GET a 20 MINUTE WALK DAILY

A daily 20 minute brisk walk will balance your blood sugar levels. 

DIABETES is one big joke !  Type 2 Diabetes – We generally all have it – its just too what extreme.  Eat right, avoid animal proteins for 120 days, walk daily for 20 to 40 minutes and drink 50 oz. of fresh spring water daily.  You will reverse your diabetes in most instances.

THE AMERICAN & CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETIES STATE:

“Chemotherapy Drugs and Radiation used to treat cancer can give you Secondary Cancers.”

Isn’t it funny how Radiation is a Killer …. Yet it is used to Treat Cancer?  Go Figure.

Anything that destroys your Immune System like radiation or chemotherapy will cause or allow cancer cells to grow.  Simple.

CANCER

“Cancer can be reversed and is easily prevented according to World Leading Doctors and Scientists.” 

We all have cancer.  Its natural to have cancer.  Its just when it becomes extreme then there is a problem.

BUT the reality is, “Cancer is really no big deal.” 

HOW to prevent cancer:   NUTRITION primarily.  And there are many natural alternatives and nutraceuticles and remedy’s that will kill cancer cells easily.  There are frequency devices that kill cancer cells.  Medical Devices that kill cancer cells or shrink tumors which are FDA Approved but not in Oncologists protocols in America- but used in Europe.  Oxygen / Ozone kills cancer cells on contact.  Medicinal mushrooms and curcummin kill cancer cells.   Both used in China and India.

You must detox your liver and body …. then boost your immune system / reduce inflammation – so the immune system can naturally kill cancer cells.

GET INTO NATURE REGULARLY FOR GOOD HEALTH

Live a Natural Life as much as possible. 

Devoid of chemicals, radiation, processed or refined food products.  Mother Earth provides health and well being.  Visit your favorite stream in the woods more often than not … go to your favorite lake and swim or just stare off into the sunset from a hill top. 

Take regular trips to the countryside or seaside – or go live there to extend your Lifespan.

 

SUNSHINE

Your Body Needs Sunshine in Moderation. 

30 minutes a day.  Sunshine stimulates the production of Vitamin D in our bodies.  We need Vitamin D to fight Disease (like Cancer).

Sun Tan Lotions are full of Chemicals / PARABENS which go into your blood system. AVOID SUNSCREEN like the plague.  Use a Natural Sunscreen or get into the shade before burning your skin.

 

WATER

YUP !   50 oz. (or 1.5 liters) DAILY of Fresh Water

NEVER Drink Tap Water.  Preferably water from a glass bottle that is spring water.  Water injected with Ozone is amazing FYI

Our cells are predominately made up of – you guessed it – WATER.  So to get healthy what do you think your cells want?

DROP THE POUNDS NATURALLY

Going on a DIET Can Be BRUTAL.  How do you change years of Bad Habits overnight?

Take a Natural Appetite Suppressant for 30 Days.  THEN You are Not Hungry.

Then Try and Eat: Only what can go in a Blender if you can.  That means lots of fresh veggies and fruits, nuts, seeds, organic grains.  Limited animal proteins if you can.

Drink 50 oz. of fresh spring water daily.

Count Your Calories on a Smartphone App.  Normal Adult Calorie Intake Daily is: 1,600 calories for women and 2,200 for men.  Try and get there.  Then reduce those calorie intakes weekly till you can cut them in half.  After 3 or 4 months go back to the normal ranges – or find your BALANCE.

Focus for 120 days.  Then go to a life of Moderation.

 

OBESITY

 1 in 4 Americans are Obese.  Why?

IF you are Obese the hardest part is to Just START to drop the pounds.  Gradually over weeks get to the normal adult calorie ranges.  No Junk Foods !  No fried Foods.  Whole Foods only. No added sugars or salt.

1 in 4 or 5 Americans are Obese.  So you are Not Alone.  BUT you gotta START.  Be patient it will take time but you can regain your health.

GET ACTIVE:  A minimum 20 minute walk daily is required.  Build up from there.

IF you are the Parent of an OBESE CHILD – SORRY, Here Comes The TUFF LOVE:  Its Your Fault – not your child’s.

But that is OK – you are reading this for a reason – too get help.  So you too must Just START. 

YOU must become the Teacher.  So educate yourself over the net on diet, nutrition, fitness and health.  Then teach your child.

To Start:  Immediately go to your fridge and cupboards and REMOVE:  all Sugars, fats, processed foods, fast foods, sauces, GMO wheat products, salt, Junk Foods, Cereals, Sodas,  Dairy Products and anything that is in a package with a nutrition label on it.

NOW prepare a meal of Whole Foods Only. 

THEN send your child out to play – they need to get Active.  Go for a walk with them.

The previous generations without the internet, and with only 4 channels on their black and white T.V.’s, did not stay home as kids.  We all hear the stories from our elders of how, “They would go out in the morning and come home only for lunch and dinner as kids.”  Simple:  They were ACTIVE and processed foods were not the norm.  White sugar was not over-consumed.  There were no Fast Food Outlets.  They played and ate whole foods primarily.  Rarely did you see an extremely obese person nor hear about a neighbor with cancer.

THE ALTERNATIVE

Go Figure WHY 1 in 3 Americans are Expected to be Diagnosed with Cancer?

 

SO – YOU KNOW BEST ! 

Go ahead and be a Typical American just like this:

Who eats 3 or 4 hot dogs or hamburgs per week with french fries and a Soda Pop on the side (diet soda or regular).  The Faster The Food … The Better !

Lets get that BIG BREAKFAST into you of 1,500 calories or more: 3 eggs fried in margarine or fat, bacon and ham, pancakes with syrup, fake orange juice, coffee with double sugar and cream, GMO wheat bread toasted, some artificial jam on that toast, fried potatoes / hash browns and then :  “Hey, you are all set to take on the day.”  Or are you all set up for a heart attack?

Of course, Get your 3 meals in daily :  Don’t you understand that back in the day – when we lived on farms – we needed 3 meals a day for fuel.  Cause we worked all those calories off after each meal. 

IF you work at a desk – you only need ONE MEAL PER DAY…and healthy snacks during the day.  You don’t need all that food for energy – that’s why you put on weight.  

DUMP table salt all over all your meals – after all, “it tastes good.”

Fry all your food – anytime that you can.

Drink most of your beverages and beer out of an Aluminum Can.  Sure, there is no link between Alzheimer’s and Aluminum ?

Let me consume anything that is wrapped in plastic or drink from anything in a  plastic bottle.  Nothing like a plastic straw.

FAT, FAT & More FAT.  I can’t get enough of fattening foods.  “Fry Me Up Scotty.”

MICROWAVE most foods – especially leftovers and all fast foods once you bring them home. 

“IF you want to kill your enemy slowly – give them a Microwave.”  There is a reason why Russia has banned microwaves.  Google “Microwave Harm”    A Microwave Changes the Molecular Structure of Food.  Thus your Digestive Tract doesn’t recognize the food source – and can not digest the food properly = Digestive Tract Issues = Poor Immune System = DISEASE.

SMOKING:  Nothing like a good Cigarette after a good fast food meal !  Would you give your kids a cigarette ?

BOOZE:  Sure I luv to drink alcohol daily at 3 to 6 drinks.  More than 2 Drinks per day will kill you.  In fact, try to just drink a few times a week only in moderation.

AVOID crazy things like those Italians on the Mediterranean eat like:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, olives, green vegetables, fresh and organic fruits and vegetables, wheat that is only organic and never a GMO product;  and all those whole foods with nothing processed.  And lots of purple grapes or red wine in moderation.  And never get up and just DANCE for the sake of dancing –  like those crazy Greeks do!

Never eat Coconut Oil – that’s only for folks in Hawaii or something isn’t it?  Yah who wants to eat one of the healthiest sources of food on the planet.

Give me some Tap Water daily – cause there is nothing wrong with it.  After all its Free.

FAST FOODS  Yah Baby! – Bring it on.   Give me more fast & processed foods that are full of salt or sugars;  that have been deep fried and complete with bread or buns that are made from GMO Wheat.  And guess what, Is it even Real Food ?  NOPE.  Its manufactured / processed in a factory.  Have some more good quality Processed Meat at least 4 or 5 times weekly – after all what does WHO really know anyway about Carcinogens.   

More Pizza please made from GMO Wheat crust – and processed cheese and processed pepperoni or meats.  YUM 

Exercise or Walk Daily and Stretchto heck with that!  I gotta go watch my T.V. Shows and sit on the couch while I am munching on my chips and soda.

Avoid the SUN, and heaven for bid – wear your sunscreen daily.  NOT !

IF you are a woman – go get a Mammogram twice a year.  Which by the way is RADIATION – go figure why you get breast cancer?   Never take your bra off (did you know that wearing a bra full time leads to breast cancer?).

Eat Animal Proteins daily – get your red meat, chicken or pork into you daily that is from a non-organic farm.  That means it is a caged animal, eating processed foods or not eating their natural food source.  And are injected with growth hormones and antibiotics.  “Want a little extra disease on your plate, sir ?” 

MILK.   Drink lots daily cause its good for me !    Did you know that the number one cause of Type 1 Diabetes in our children is caused by drinking milk?  Go Figure. 

I guess its fine to be drinking Bovine Growth Hormones.  After all, when I go visit a farm and look around – I naturally just walk past the apple orchard and don’t pick off a low hanging apple and munch on it.  Instead, I charge right for that cow in the field and start sucking on it’s milk.  Then I take a few big bites of raw flesh out of the animal.  YUM – Good!    So what were we naturally designed to eat?

AVOID a Plant Based Diet like the plague.  Avoid those crazy Vegetarians or whatever they call themselves these days.  What do they know?

I hate vegetables, fruits, seeds or nuts – who needs them!  I especially hate Broccoli or Cabbage or Garlic. 

And you would never see me eating Broccoli Sprouts – after all they can only help to reverse things like Autism or A.D.D.

I don’t own a BLENDER to create fresh juices or vegetable drinks daily.  TOO much work to do that!

Have your regular night time snacks of: potato chips, ice cream, cake and desserts, artificial cheese snacks or donuts and god knows what else you can jam into your gob that isn’t good for you.

I would never take a simple Digestive Enzyme or Probiotics to improve my Gut Health !  Nor an Omega 3 (like Krill Oil) for health, digestion and reducing inflammation. Rather, I enjoy being bloated all day and constantly passing gas around the office. 

And HEY, I really don’t give a damn about – what do you call it – a healthy Immune System?

HEY, “How about a side of Asbestos with that Hot Dog and Fries ?”
